  3. I am listening on stream today for the first time, after hearing about it in the obit thread for her. I like it too. Now on a stream of this Aussie soul jazz / mod organ record: Col Nolan & The Soul Syndicate – Whatever It's Worth A lot of fun. Probably closer to the contents of Nuggets than a Jimmy McGriff record though.

  8. Keeping up the flow, my son's current favourite: the Yazoo comp of early Blind Willie McTell. He particularly digs 'Georgia Rag', which he believes is about an actual rag. I may invest in some Blind Blake this year Now on to Daddy's choice: Albert Ayler in Greenwich Village.
