  1. You're a musician, I am a guy who spin records ;), I spin most of them. I agree that not all his BN output is great, though I like his playing even in his less successful sessions.
  2. Tha last row of seats were supposed for children, at times we had children not pets like now.
  3. At this very moment there are no acceptable options on discogs about Wahoo. A liberty on eBay. Will bid but not high
  4. That rule means Pearson’s Wahoo is lost forever? My most elusive BN. But it might well be less luxurious reissue in the next future?
  5. Too late My copy is fine. Have “green street” little noisy but with mono cartridge sounds more then acceptable
  6. They are good for sure but I can’t dupe a record when I could buy another one.
  7. Over here a tone poets is around 45 € in the shop. Not a bargain. Anyway I think I have less then 10 BN’s In my wishlist and none of them are in the new reissues. On the other I have dozens of verve, prestige, riverside ecc in the wishlist plus few mosaics so I keep myself busy Records are a tough addiction.
  8. Definitely. Bought few of new issues I looked for a long time and I couldn’t find as Kings at decent price
  9. Years ago I tried to buy a huge collection of an Italian jazz scholar, I had the dangerous project to keep the records I liked and sell the rest on eBay. Fortunately for my financial safety I was outbid by a great store.
  10. In Italy in the early sixties we would have called a bus not a car. Italian car at times were built for trios not sextet
  11. Nowadays I go for used Japanese pressings, up to the early eighties. Never upgraded a BN record even the LT series that sometimes aren’t the last word in sound. As the new pressings only the very very very RARE titles are of interest or new discovered sessions.
  12. Thanks. I always forget there is a spaceship called jazzdisco.org flying in the outer space .
