  1. AEC: Tribute to Lester
  2. The New Miles Davis Quintet
  3. Hank Mobley: A Slice of the Top
  4. Clifford Jordan: Bearcat Dexter took the melody of "Junco Partner" and called it "Soul Sister". Clifford did the same thing here and called it "You Better Leave It Alone". James Wayne, or Champion Jack Dupree ("Junker's Blues") should have sued their asses, though Bob Shad took credit for writing the song on Wayne's version, so Wayne wouldn't have gotten anything from a lawsuit. As Hunter S. Thompson wrote, “The music business is a cruel and shallow money trench, a long plastic hallway where thieves and pimps run free, and good men die like dogs. There's also a negative side.”

  14. Francona has done ok after the Sox fired him. Farrell probably will too. He wasn't the one who gave a long term, big $ contract to Price.
  15. Jimmy Witherspoon: Spoon So Easy (Chess)
  16. I'm not sure what the original lyrics are, but I believe I've heard versions that do leave "of" out, which would make it a proper haiku.
  17. Machito and his Salsa Big Band 1982 (Timeless)
  18. Keep politics out of here. Get rid of this.
  19. Thanks for posting, David. There may be some sniping/complaining about it, but it worked for me.
  20. Coleman Hawkins: Bean & the Boys
