Aggie87
Saw them in 1980/81 in Frankfurt, with the original singer (DiAnno). It was a great show, before the theatrical stuff got so much heavier. They lost me after Number of the Beast, but I'll say Killers is my favorite of theirs. Guest DizzySpells
I couldn't/can't stand that Bruce Dickenson thing. Everything went down the shute after that guy joined up.

John B
I saw them live a few times back in the Somewhere in Time / Seventh Son days. I also saw Bruce live on his first solo tour at a tiny hole in the wall club in Providence, RI. My favorite albums are Live After Death, Somewhere in Time and Powerslave
John B
have any of you DiAnno era fans seen this yet: Early Days is mostly live material from the first three albums. I'm looking forward to checking it out once netflix adds it. "Scream for me Long Beach, SCREAM FOR ME LONG BEACH!!!" Aggie87
Up for SS1... Iron Maiden are touring right now (with an all 80's setlist apparently), and flying their own customized plane from city to city. In fact, lead singer Bruce Dickinson is the pilot! Check out the plane in Toronto last weekend. Edited March 21, 2008 by Aggie87
