We took our daughter (Carla) to hear the band in Ann Arbor (she's a lurker here now) :g . She tried to organize her group of friends (about 15) to go to the last Baker's gig but they all wanted to go the the fest downtown. She vows they will be at this gig. I'm sure she will hit you up for a round. :g

The tech fest.... yeah, I was driving down I-75 and the amount of young people heading south was incredible. I've heard it is the largest such festival in the world.

If she saw my behavior earlier, I am afraid I should buy all 15 a round.

And, Chuck when we cross paths, the whole night is on me.

This should be a fun hit! We had a great time last month, even though I was coming down with a nasty flu. Maybe we'll do a real live recording!! That would be coolio.

I'm going to try to make this one. I had to miss the last show because it happened to be on my wife's due date (turns out the baby didn't come until June 4! A boy, too!!! woo hoo!!).

Sigh! That's my lottery dream - fly in Organissimo, Quartet Out and Phil Kelly for the Wangaratta Jazz Festival, and commandeer one of the motels for sundry fans/friends from various BBs.

I am bummed. The only weekend we had off all season, practically. Oh well, more money for CDs and guitars. :)
