Printing a thread without pictures..

I would love to print out some threads we have on organ jazz, but I found out when I printed the one on 60's and 70's Organ.. it printed the pictures, and is taking forever. I would like to print out the Keepin' it greazy!!! monster, but without pictures. Anyway I can do that?

I saw it discussed recently that there's a feature in My Controls which allows you to turn off all the images. Ought to do the trick!

Yes, that's probably the easiest way. Turn off all images in your "My Controls", print the thread, and then turn them back on for normal viewing & posting.

That is what caused me to ask this question. I used the "print this topic" and the pictures came out. Looks like I'll have to use a combination of "turn off images" & "print this topic".

okay, I get it. I thought you were bothered by avatars and all those pics in the signatures (which you'd get when simply printing a page), not the actual pics that might be posted.

The combination looks like the way to go then if you don't want any posted pics either.

Click on "Lo-Fi Version" at the bottom of the page.

Bingo... no pics, no avatars, no buttons,less formatting... just text and smilies.
