jlhoots Posted January 8, 2006 Author Report Posted January 8, 2006 Just received an e-mail from Berkeley Hills Books in response to my inquiry. It states that due to "circumstances beyond our control" the book has been "long delayed". They project having it in stores "in about three months". Quote
