I've been really enjoying Von Freeman's recent recordings on Premonition. I'm wondering how the somewhat older SteepleChase recordings are. They are:

Never Let Me Go

Dedicated to You

Anyone familiar with these? How are they? Is it true that electric piano is played on these recordings, as I've read somewhere?

I have Lester Leaps In and Never Let Me go. I think all of the material on the three Steeplechase discs was taken from the same recording sessions. Consistently rewarding music on the two discs I own.
