Adam
I've listened to it 3 times now. I think it's really lovely. On these first passes, I've been most taken with the interweaving lines of Marsh & Foster (I don't know how better to describe it) on the Bach number. I haven't really given a proper listen to the rhythm section guys - Marsh & Foster really command my attention.

BruceH
I don't have any Marsh-maybe this will have to be my first! He did some good stuff with Lee Konitz that you might want to check out.

That's an understatement Prime example: Marsh's Atlantic recordings - some of which are with Lee Konitz.
BruceH
Any of you who don't have Marsh's Atlantic recordings: It's a "major hole" in your collection.
(BB)
Just got this on good old fashion vinyl. I can't stop listening, what a great album, the sound he gets from saxophone is one of the most beautiful things I have ever heard.
