Alexander Posted April 12, 2006 Report Posted April 12, 2006 I'm not surprised (or offended) at all. Blackface has been popular in Japan since its introduction by Admiral Perry in the 19th century. Apparently, many Japanese businesses still use the "Sambo" characature in their logos. Quote
