I am pretty sure I have never seen a non-promo copy. How strange is that? Almost as rare as a clean Blue Note early Rare Groove title. They only pressed promos and by accident I was in the pressing plant on the day that happened. For interested parties, they were pressed by the Chess plant in Chicago.
