Big Al Posted June 12, 2006 Report Posted June 12, 2006 1st quarter was shit, on both sides. Right now, though, D-Wade is DA shit!!! Somebody STOP him, if you can! Quote
Guy Berger Posted June 12, 2006 Report Posted June 12, 2006 (edited) Antoine Chucker is at it again! Dampier is playing good D on Shaq. This Bob Delaney feature is crazy! Guy Edited June 12, 2006 by Guy Quote
Big Al Posted June 12, 2006 Report Posted June 12, 2006 16-point lead for Dallas at the half. Yikes! Allow me to be cautiously excited for the moment before the second half starts. WOO HOO!!!! Quote
Guy Berger Posted June 12, 2006 Report Posted June 12, 2006 (edited) For those who missed the Bob Delaney feature, here's an article that covers the same story. I guess going undercover under the name "Bob Covert" doesn't arouse suspicions> link Edited June 12, 2006 by Guy Quote
BruceW Posted June 12, 2006 Report Posted June 12, 2006 Man, this game stinks to high heaven.. WHERE is da Heat???? Quote
Guy Berger Posted June 12, 2006 Report Posted June 12, 2006 Man, this game stinks to high heaven.. WHERE is da Heat???? Maybe they just aren't a good enough team. Shaq just left with 3 minutes in the 3rd. Is that all we've seen from the Big Daddy tonight? Guy Quote
Big Al Posted June 12, 2006 Report Posted June 12, 2006 Man, this game stinks to high heaven.. Sez who? The Jet and The Stack are on FIRE!!!! Quote
Soulstation1 Posted June 12, 2006 Author Report Posted June 12, 2006 mark cuban has gotta be sporting major mf wood........ this game is mf over..... Quote
Guy Berger Posted June 12, 2006 Report Posted June 12, 2006 (edited) Are the Mavs going to blow this game? I guess not. Never thought I'd get to say this, but Shaq got outplayed by Erick Dampier tonight! Guy Edited June 12, 2006 by Guy Quote
BruceW Posted June 12, 2006 Report Posted June 12, 2006 Man, you would think that a game that stunk that bad for Miami would produce a few more honey shots. Those girls are fine....... Oh, Shaq is through as far as championships go..... Put those cheer leaders back on the screen Quote
Jim Alfredson Posted June 12, 2006 Report Posted June 12, 2006 I hate to say it, but I think the Pistons would've lost to the Mavs if they had made it past Miami. The Mavs are frickin' DEEP. Joe D better beef up the bench big-time this summer because the Pistons don't have to worry about only the Heat. The Cavs are hungry. Quote
BruceW Posted June 12, 2006 Report Posted June 12, 2006 I think you are right Jim, but I think the Pistons are in more trouble than that. There is dissension on that team and nobody wants to talk about it. To what degree, I don't know. What caused it, who knows. Why it happened to the Pistons, who knows. But there is something more wrong than just adding a couple of players. Look for the West to be even stronger next year. Besides the Spurs retooling, you now have the Mavs as a power; Phoenix will be an ultimate power with Amare returning; Denver will be stronger again with Nene back and a decent replacement for KMart. The dark horse again will be the Clippers and they will be much stronger. AND (I hate to say it) with maturation of the Lakers, they will be a team to be dealt with, not a power, but yet a team to be dealt with. Just don't know about Memphis. Aside from all that, I think the Mavs have this thing under control. The cost of gas is too much even for Shaq. Get it! The diesel can't keep up anymore. Quote
Big Al Posted June 12, 2006 Report Posted June 12, 2006 Before last night, I would not have thought a sweep would've been possible. After the game, not only do I think a sweep is possible, I'm now wondering what happened to the Heat team that got them this far? Are they really this ineffective? Or are the Mavs just this good? I certainly think so! Hey $$1, who's your bookie? Keep on pickin' the Heat for me, willya? Quote
Bright Moments Posted June 12, 2006 Report Posted June 12, 2006 that was painful to watch. everything went wrong for shaq and dwayne and everything went right for dirk. if we dont take the next one it's lights out. which conn are you looking at big al? Quote
Big Al Posted June 12, 2006 Report Posted June 12, 2006 Don't wanna jinx anything! Besides, my tastes change daily, so I may not even be in the mood for one of the Conn's if/when the Mavs win. Quote
Big Al Posted June 12, 2006 Report Posted June 12, 2006 I think Miami will get their act together back home. Not hoping for that by any stretch, but I would wager there's some serious soul-searching goin' on right now. Quote
Noj Posted June 12, 2006 Report Posted June 12, 2006 Whoa, the Daddy puts up a whopping 5 points on 5 shots! That's UGLY. Quote
Guy Berger Posted June 12, 2006 Report Posted June 12, 2006 Erick Dampier is talking trash: "In Game 1 they said he didn't get a lot of touches, but if you went back and watched the game, he got 30 touches and 12 times he passed it out. How many more times does he want to touch the ball?" Dampier said. Quote
Soulstation1 Posted June 12, 2006 Author Report Posted June 12, 2006 for the record i have 10 BIG ONES on this series i am 3-0 in series for $$$$ this year Cavs, Mavs and Heat i wish other people would use the point spread Quote

Miami will have fire but I just don't know if they can beat the Mavs now. Quote
Soulstation1 Posted June 12, 2006 Author Report Posted June 12, 2006 I just sent Bush an e-mail about deporting Dirk back to MF Germany... Quote
