kinuta Posted March 20, 2019 Posted March 20, 2019 Masala chai. I have a cup every afternoon at 3.00. 1.5 tps black tea, 1 heaped tsp sugar, 2 squashed cardamon, pinch of fennel seeds. Boil all for 4 minutes, add liberal amount of full cream milk. Boil again, strain and serve in a HOT cup.  Cheap tea is best. Expensive tea doesn't work with chai.    Quote
