Stefan Wood Posted September 1, 2006 Report Posted September 1, 2006 Since Pluto is no longer classfied as a planet, I guess the shipping rates go though the roof? Quote
JSngry Posted September 2, 2006 Report Posted September 2, 2006 Dammit AllenLowe, every freakin' time I get ready to buy your stuff, some surprise financial shit pops up and puts the kibosh on it. Today it was $1500.00 worth of unexpected repairs on one of our cars (the American one, of course...). Save me one of each, please, and let me surprise myself by ordering it without telling myself. Maybe then the jinx will stay gone away. And hey - happy Larbor Day. I'm taking the day off to plant a tree in your honor! Quote
Indestructible! Posted September 2, 2006 Report Posted September 2, 2006 Hi Allen, E-mail sent for both volumes! Cheers, Shane Quote
Tom in RI Posted September 2, 2006 Report Posted September 2, 2006 Eamil sent. Great review in Cadence for Volume 1. Quote
RDK Posted September 2, 2006 Report Posted September 2, 2006 I want to hear more about this Larbor Day. If it means another day off work I'm all for it... Quote
JSngry Posted September 2, 2006 Report Posted September 2, 2006 You get a day off, but you have to plant a tree. Simple as that. Quote
Ron S Posted September 2, 2006 Report Posted September 2, 2006 You get a day off, but you have to plant a tree. Simple as that. But what if your job is planting trees? Quote
Clunky Posted September 2, 2006 Report Posted September 2, 2006 over the summer I took away Vol 2 to my in-laws and listened to it repeatedly over a two week period. Absolutely fascinating. highly recommended, excellent transfers and challenging book. Quote
JSngry Posted September 2, 2006 Report Posted September 2, 2006 You get a day off, but you have to plant a tree. Simple as that. But what if your job is planting trees? Then you go around digging up the trees everybody else has planted. In today's fiercely competitive job market, proactivity is of the essence. Quote
