analogak
how can bill braxton be the first person to mention memphis to new york in a seven page patton thread...jesus. though i personally enjoy sister album accent on the blues more...even with the terrible drum phasing. AndrewHill
It appears that Along Came John has gone OOP. That brings BJP's available BN's to two at Blue Note's website. A real pity.
sidewinder
It appears that Along Came John has gone OOP. Still available as part of the Mosaic Select.
andybleaden
I spent years huntin this one down. When I eventually got it from the US on LP I dare not play it for a while ( ok maybe five minutes ) because I could not believe I finally had it... I have been getting more into the sides with Bobby Hutcherson recently on Let Em Roll ...long lost favourite returns !
Soul Stream
It appears that Along Came John has gone OOP. That brings BJP's available BN's to two at Blue Note's website. A real pity. That's a shame. My only hope is that means they can now do a proper US RVG of some of these titles. As of now we have a total of ZERO John Patton US RVGs ever released. That's a shame. My only hope is that means they can now do a proper US RVG of some of these titles. As of now we have a total of ZERO John Patton US RVGs ever released. I thought of that too. Because the trend generally seems to be that when an item lapses OOP that it is being primed for an RVGrelease. Of course that logic hasn't worked yet with Coleman's Love Call
