I was thinking more along the lines of the waiting room of a cosmetic dentist.

My wife scored 19. I got 16. I had more confidence in my abilty to spot a faker but they all looked pretty sus to me

No. It's real. The blood is a dead giveaway.

I was trying to figure out what the subjects were 'genuinely' smiling about.
