BeBop Posted November 1, 2003 Report Posted November 1, 2003 I've been aware of Oris watches for some time, including their 'jazz' line - Duke, Satch, Lionel Hampton... http://www.topperjewelers.com/oris/orisjazz.html But now, they've got a Charlie Parker watch coming out. (Details magazine, current issue, among other places.) Somehow this one strikes me as more of a stretch. What's up with this? Does it run at 240bpm or what? Quote
ghost of miles Posted November 1, 2003 Report Posted November 1, 2003 Reminds me that I need to get a new battery for my old Blue Note Connoisseur timepiece. I'm not normally a watch-wearer, but I love that one. Quote

Claude Posted November 3, 2003 Report Posted November 3, 2003 (edited) Who is this "Tery Clark" who "inspired audiences around the world"? Can you get sleep with a Cecil Taylor watch next to you on the night table? Edited November 3, 2003 by Claude Quote
