When I tried to place an order, I got the following message after putting in my credit card info:

'Your order was NOT accepted by the credit card processor

Reason: Could not execute curl'

Any ideas?

Yeah, a google search just confused the crap out of me.

I sent an e-mail to customer service - hope I hear back tomorrow. I might also try ordering from a different computer.

Maybe it's a subtle hint that I have too many CDs :)

I'm having a hell of a time completing an order tonight--had seven items in my cart and then it was suddenly wiped out. Can't seem to reload the cart--or else it keeps defaulting to Global DHL Mail as a shipping option, and when I try to change it back to U.S. Standard, I get a mostly-blank page. :unsure:

Non-Dusty Groove edition. ^_^

I'm guessing it's perhaps a problem with my browser, a la the issues mentioned above? I'm using Firefox--the only other browser installed on my computer is Internet Explorer, which I tried for the hell of it, but it was taking forever to load, so I finally gave up.

Oh, right. Sorry I blew up. :)

I use Firefox and never have had any problems. Maybe it's on their end.

Well, I'm giving up for tonight--think I'll try to call the order in tomorrow. Not sure why it all went bonkers on me the first time around (I was pretty close to checking out the order), but I can't seem to get the site to even save my shipping info at this point.

Sounds like a problem on the server side of the transaction. Couldn't find the software program used to validate your credit card information.

If true it wouldn't matter what browser you used.
