Though just when you're thinking , "easy listening" , the strings recede and Wilson charges ahead with his characteristic headlong swing ! No more so than on the closing track , David Baker's Soft Summer Rain , which starts out impressionistically before the romp is on . Not a hidden gem by any means , but enough of Wilson's musical personality comes through , that fans of Wilson will want to check this out . Quote
