On the Blue Note release, "Albert Ammons & Meade Lux Lewis - The First Day," a note states "Due to space limitations, the 19th performance of the session, an untitled Lewis original, has been omitted. It will be added to a forthcoming Lewis reissue." Was this ever issued?

That 19th performance showed up on the Mosaic box 'The Complete Blue Note Recordings of Albert Ammons and Meade Lux Lewis' as 'Untitled Lewis Original'.

†he Mosaic Ammons & Lewis box preceded the CD issue of the First Day, as it was one of their earliest titles, #103.

I don't recall seeing this set offered on ebay in recent years, glad I bought it way back when from Mosaic, even though it seemed like a lot of money to me at the time.
