brownie
Nothing yet on their website but Fresh Sound has just released a fresh series of vinyls. The label is Jazz Workshop. The LPs are on 180 gram vinyls. Limited to 500 copies. With replicas of the original covers and liner notes. Among the titles in the Jazz Workshop series: - Bill Barron/Ted Curson ' Now Hear This!' - Paul Chambers 'Chambers' Music' - Eddie Costa 'Guys and Dolls' - Benny Golson 'Just Jazz' - Tubby Hayes & Ronnie Scott 'The Couriers of Jazz' - Bill Holman 'The Fabulous Bill Holman' - Art Pepper 'The Return of Art Pepper" - Wayne Shorter 'Wayning Moments' ... and several more. No idea yet on how they sound!

Claude
No idea yet on how they sound! I think these LPs are more for fetishists than for audiophiles. With the current vinyl boom, there are are more and more cheap LP reissues from public domain labels to be found here in Europe, but these are probably from the same source as their CD counterparts, i.e. the official CD releases.
