Bird complete dial on Spotlite lp series?

are these from the dial mastertapes? i have so far 3 of them and they are mint and sound very decent, considering....this material has been plopped to cd for ages but this is definetly at least better than that....

One of my friends had the 6 Parker Spotlight records documenting his Dial output when I was just getting into jazz. We listened to them a lot. As I recall, a nice production with decent notes. I bought the Warner Bros box set of same when it came out and I still have it. I have to say I remember liking the notes on the Spotlight set better.

this is pretty useful you guys, a small book/pamphlet about the dial recordings of bird.....you guys probably know about this already

hmm maybe i will. let me re read thru this book, then see if i can formulate some questions, i wonder if he knows my friend who discovered some of those alternate takes
