Doc won the Cy Young award, threw a perfect game, and threw a no hitter in the playoffs. So SI decides that Cliff Lee gets the front and center spot? Is it any better for me that they actually pick the Sox to win 100 games and the World Series? Forget the cover jinx, when is the last time they accurately picked the World Series champion in March? And its only getting more treacherous when practically every writer at the NBC Sports baseball blog has the Sox beating the Yankees in the ALCS, and only a tiny minority not picking them to win the Series, too.
