The two tunes were 'The Preacher' and 'Senor Blues'. The Prestige (Fantasy) CD release was entitled 'Opus de Funk: The Jazz Giants play Horace Siver'.

The full session does not seem to have made it to CD.

A shame!

She certainly had an impressive run of recordings for Prestige from 1958-64 and some rather productive days. I haven't heard a bad one yet.
