miles65 Posted October 9, 2011 Report Posted October 9, 2011 He died after a short sickbed aged 79. He played profesionaly more than 50 years in many combinations. Last time I saw him was at Haarlem Jazz in 2010. A truly great player. At the moment I don't know any more to add. Quote
