jazzbo Posted November 5, 2019 Report Posted November 5, 2019 I have both of those volumes. They're. . . alright. Right now Benjamin Taubkin "Trio + 1" --this has been on repeat for a while. I really like Taubkin, and this has the added value of trumpeter Joatan Nascimento. It was featured for a short spell at less than five dollars Prime on amazon, but is still available for a bit more used. Followed by: "Sounds of Life" Benjamin Taubkin with the duo of Simone Sou and Guilherme Kastrup. More atmospheric world music than jazz but a fun listen. Quote
