Continuing a very enjoyable revisit of the "Jazz Showcase" cds from Vanguard Records. These were originally well-recorded and are very nicely remastered, and the playing is so . . . cool and groovy, especially this one.

I have never heard of him. I just downloaded this recording from itunes for a future listen. He has recorded many albums which look appealing. .
