How about some music from Mexican composers like Manuel Ponce, Carlos Chávez, or Silvestre Revueltas ???

Or, if classical doesn't float your boat, how about Los Lobos' La Pistola y El Corazón ???

Maybe a Mexican 45 of "Take Five".

My suggestions (Santana, Antonio Sanchez, and checking “One-eyed Jacks”) plus yours are a great way to celebrate I’m sure.  Thanks

I want it!!  White elephant worthy.  Funny

Well, if you want to go full-on Anglo-Centric...recorded live on Mexico City!

I left out Tower of Power  “What is Hip” and Ruby Braff/Dick Hyman “America The Beautiful” and Clark Terry/Oscar Peterson, etc. However, none are in the same league w Brubeck/Mulligan “Compadres” recorded in Mexico. No joke.

Great space-age bachelor pad album found in the jazz section!
