Jim Duckworth Posted September 8, 2022 Report Posted September 8, 2022 Previously the fourth disc in this set from 1990; it was the reason that many people (or maybe just me) justified the purchase of this nonessential set. Quote

That's good news, thx. I have had that set for decades, and did not put together this new release was from that. Quote
Jim Duckworth Posted September 9, 2022 Report Posted September 9, 2022 It is not a set that I listened to much in that it is a narrated radio style program...except for that last disc. Quote

Jim Duckworth Posted September 9, 2022 Report Posted September 9, 2022 Hey there. It seems that one track from that show, Foxy Lady, was left off of the previous box set, and some of the performances are edited. This show comes from a multi-track recording of some sort, so the promise of Improved Sound is the selling point. Quote

BFrank Posted September 10, 2022 Report Posted September 10, 2022 Already Pre-Ordered! I never got that box set, but I still have an early double LP bootleg of that show. Haven't heard it in years, but I remember that the performance was really good. Quote
