Has anyone dealt with the German label Moers in the past?

It appears they have an active website & LPs/CDs for sale, primarily from their festival concerts.

I placed an order (Parker/Lytton LP, John Carter CDs) 9 days ago, have been charged but heard nothing from them since ie no email to confirm my order but it is actually still visible on their site.

I did send them an email 3 or 4 days ago but have received no response.

Have I been dudded?

I ordered from them a couple of times, never had any issues. They do send a shipping confirmation. The last time I ordered from them was in 2020, though.

Same here, two or three orders, my latest was in 2022 and I did receive a shipping notification as well, 3 days after creating the order.

Friend tried to order recently, encountered the same issue, and eventually was refunded because the items he ordered were not in stock.

A few gaps I'd like to fill but will try to find another way to do it.
