Yeah, that was one funny guy, skills and instinct out the ass. And always a good dresser. Consummate professionalism!

I remember seeing him all over the place back in the 70's and early 80's. But then he kinda fell off of the map.

He got locked in a bitter custody battle with an ex-wife and was unable to keep custody of his son if he left the state he was living in (Colorado) for more than 50 days/year. Thus, few gigs, TV appearances.

I just heard about his passing on Sirius XM the satellite channel. Supposedly one of the comedy channels is paying tribute to David tonight. Sad to hear of his passing.
