Actually, in addition to the KC one, there are a number of jazz halls of fame. Some have permanent homes, some don't.

I would propose Sangar in NE Sibiria (along the Jena river). Not much else going on there, but a good ferry connection with Yakutsk, and since they closed the coal mines some years ago the people need another occupation. They cannot even afford to be drunk all day, let alone get out of the stinking place. Support Sangar.
