  2. It was one of the very first Gerry Mulligan LPs I ever bought.
  3. Scholarly, painstakingly researched study. A major contribution to the literature of jazz IMHO. It's fascinating tracking down, via Spotify, early Dameron arrangements for the likes of Harlan Leonard, Lunceford and Auld, but why have I never heard The Lost Session of 1961?
