LF: Grant Green/Sonny Clark Mosaic CD-set
J.A.W. replied to J.A.W.'s topic in Offering and Looking For...
You can get the same material for 20% of the cost by purchasing the Green/Clark 2CD set and Green's "Born to Be Blue". I know, and I have those CDs, but it's the Mosaic set I'm looking for. I probably should have said so in my first post. -
Why don't you ask Hiroshi Tanno: hiroshi@earlyrecords.com?

I'm looking for a copy of the Grant Green/Sonny Clark Mosaic 4CD-set The Complete Blue Note Recordings of Grant Green with Sonny Clark (Mosaic MD4-133) in excellent or better condition. The booklet must be included. Please PM me if you have a copy for sale or know where I can get one. I can only pay through PayPal (credit-card-linked account), or by bank transfer within the euro zone.

Tod (Out to Lunch) hasn't posted here since September 20. Anybody know if he's alright? Edited to correct a spelling error.

Agreed. -
What fragrance are you using?

I know the feeling, I lost my best friend in 1998. He was only 50. My condolences, Jim.

Same here with my PC, I thought my broadband connection or the modem was to blame. By the way, I'm now getting multiple new post notifications...

I just got this message from Hip-O (the actual message was longer, but this is the part about the Motown sets discount): Dear Music Hoovers, Tune Accumulators, Disc Junkies and Patrons of Hip-OSelect.com, In the "We Hear You!" department, a few of our customers wondered (some more politely than others) why we were giving a discount on the Motown Singles boxes to these Johnny-come-latelies (or Jenny-come-latelies) who were only just now getting around to buying Vols. 1 & 2, while our loyal customers who bought Vols. 1 & 2 right away and wanted to pick up Vol. 3 for the holidays were not being similarly rewarded. Whoops. FOR THREE DAYS ONLY, you get 15% off ANY ONE of the Complete Motown Singles box sets. Of course, you are welcome to buy all three, but you don't have to in order to get the discount! This offer ends on November 30th. Don't delay. The end of the month is closer than you think. As for us, we're sufficiently stuffed with turkey and accoutrements that we almost didn't fit back into the vault, so we're going to aerobicize a little and then start mining again. We're already pulling out gems for the new year. Hope you had a great Thanksgiving! Cheers, Hip-OCrates and all (two) of us here at Hip-OSelect.com

You can e-mail him: hiroshi@earlyrecords.com Mr Tanno can supply all currently available Japanese jazz CDs, and some OOP discs as well. He doesn't take credit cards, but he does accept PayPal. His shipping rates are reasonable, especially when you compare them to the rates other Japanese stores like HMV Japan, Amazon Japan and Tower Japan are charging. ---------------------------------------- Ha Daniel, you beat me to it!
