i have the mosaic set and it looks like if you get [konitz meets mulligan , gerry mulligan quartet 2 cd set and gerry mulligan tentet & quartet] you would have the mosaic set except [all the thing you are & festive minor] unissued tracks. i also pick-up [annie ross sings a song & gerry mulligan reunion] which i think makes up The Complete Pacific Jazz Recordings of the Gerry Mulligan Quartet with Chet Baker set .they should all be eazy to find.

i don't buy sets when they frist come out ,but this one i did its a must have one.

thanks for all the input i pick-up [vol 2 zounds & vol 1 quintets ] so far. some great recording don't know how i missed out for so long on one of the west coast jazz GREATS! mark

can i get some thoughts on or Lennie Niehaus don't have any in my collection. from what i read i think i would be most intersted in his 5 or 6 [Contemporary] recordings thanks mark

just picked-up this week seldon powell - plays seldon powell - sextet sonny phillips - lagends of acid jazz i try to buy any of the [legends of acid jazz] cd when i see them i have about 13 now . IMO they are all excellent. check them out

i would have to say the [buddy defranco & serge chaloff] sets are getting a good spin right now.

you should be able to pick-up all 5 cd remastered for $50 Glad to Be Unhappy Take Ten Bossa Antigua Easy Living Desmond Blue and don't forget to buy[two of a mind] cd when your out

Mike i think you are right , received my Tal Farlow set today from seller [new] on amazon $52 shipped everything looks and plays fine so far.

i email mosaic about a 3 sounds box set last december and was told they are workin on put one out [ bluenote stuff only] in 3 or 4 small box sets so i'll just hang on to my 12 blue note lps and wait to see
