    Overwhelmingly brilliant, I would say. Some tempi are absolutely crazy, as in ‘Tempus Fugit’. And yes, I was prompted to revisit this album by your mention in the Later 1940s thread. 😀

    The Tete Montoliu Trio with Billy Brooks on board only lasted for a bit more than one year (May ‘65 to July’66) but, for me, it is one of the best trios Tete ever had.
