This turn of events has pushed me into check out all of the non-Coltrane disks with Elvin in my collection. The Blue Notes with Wayne Shorter, Unity, Momentum Space.....great stuff.

I've said it before re: Blue Note: WM vs. Norah --- WM vs. Van Morrison --- WM vs. Prince, etc... And although I'm definitely half kidding, I'm also half serious. I know! A coworker had a spare copy of Down Beat on the cover, he was surprised to find out that WM is not well liked among a [large] segment of the Jazz listening population.

You guys get rain. I never make fun of places that get rain. Plus, I still have many family members living in Jersey, so, it can't be all that bad. I'm just here, because its' close to NYC.
