I honestly can’t recall if they explain that or not. But here’s the article. http://universe-review.ca/R12-03-wave03a.htm

What rock music are you listening to? Non-Jazz, Non-Classical.

They weren't bad, but I thought the Go-Go's were the better of the all girl bands at the time. -
LOVE me some George! His stint with Miles is some of the most sneaky great tenor I’ve ever heard.

Fortunately you're not missing much of anything as only a few instruments rolloff any higher than 10kHz. This is the number one reason why "high resolution" digital audio is a farcical money making scheme with absolutely no audible benefits.

College-gate...that's what I call it.
Scott Dolan replied to Dmitry's topic in Miscellaneous - Non-Political
That was actually quite interesting to watch you walk your way through your thought process, but your conclusion is 100% correct. Presidents aren’t the ones bringing in the whale donors. It’s Alabama football, Duke basketball, etc. And those presidents know they are far more expendible than the coaches running those programs. -

The A+ program here in Missouri pays for two years of school for qualifying students. My son is going to trade school this year, and all he’ll have to buy are his tools. -

What about if we find out three or more of them are Republican? Will you change the label to right wing evil-doers? Exactly. A friend of mine's son ended up with something like a 4.3 or 4.4 GPA. At the time I didn't realize it was possible either. -

And BTW, this wasn't given a "-gate" nickname. IT's now being referred to as Operation Varsity Blues. -

Speaking of full of shit, can you explain how Desperate Housewives, the show Huffman is most famous for, teaches everyone how to do good? -
Is anyone else seeing three identical posts of this?

Entering the world of type 45 tube amp sound

Where is the fifth tube? Im only seeing four in the picture. -
Yeah, that defensive line, on paper, is far and away the best in the NFL at the moment. Richardson may be a bit of a wildcard, but if he plays up to the way he is capable, that pass rush is going to be ferocious! As for OBJ, yes, you are absolutely right. Though, in fairness, his antics never really hurt his play on the field, so there's that, I guess.

If true, this is the offseason of the diva WR being traded. AB, and now OBJ. Also if true, the Browns may now be the scariest team in the NFL. And good for them!

Babe Ruth's Daughter Dies at 102

What the actual fuck? -
If ever there were a perfect example of why your convoluted bullshit cannot be taken seriously, this is it. Exactly what I implied, but fuck agreeing with it until the next day, after you twisted and writhed and presented dime store philosophies and ruminated and all the other garbage you engage in, when “that’s my thought as well” would have sufficed.
-
And just to clarify, I never once said that he was convicted of a crime. But chances are better than fair that local authorities had had enough of his bullshit and decided to hit him in the wallet. And if you honestly don't think it was drug related, then we must be talking about two different Charlie Parkers.

https://jazztimes.com/columns/the-gig/the-cabaret-card-and-jazz/ “Among the many curios in jazz’s epistolary record is a letter from Charlie Parker to the New York Liquor Control Board, dated Feb. 17, 1953. “My right to pursue my chosen profession has been taken away, and my wife and three children who are innocent of any wrongdoing are suffering,” Parker writes. ” … I feel sure that when you examine my record and see that I have made a sincere effort to become a family man and a good citizen, you will reconsider. If by any chance you feel I haven’t paid my debt to society, by all means let me do so and give me and my family back the right to live.” https://www.local802afm.org/allegro/articles/a-brief-history-of-new-york-citys-cabaret-laws/ “Charlie Parker, Billie Holiday, and many other famous performers seeking a narcotic muse fell victim to the cabaret card law, but consider too, how many talents were rendered obscure or snuffed out entirely by the law’s Draconian demands.” That’s three sources, not to mention a letter from Bird himself. Can we at least put that part to rest?

Yep. I think my first one is around 16 y.o. Never failed.

Same. I’ve always used a WD My Book. They are bulletproof.
