Possible, but my understanding is that companies that get bought out by private equity firms tend to outperform those that don't. Guy Only for the money guys. Only when the economy is rising. When the economy starts to go into a downward cycle, private equity leveraged buyout target companies often head for bankruptcy court.

What's the music like? NP: Willow Weep for Me - Wes Montgomery - Verve stereo You get a picture of Elizabeth Taylor dressed as Cleopatra, on the cover. The full group is Paul Horn (flute and bass flute), Emil Richards (vibes), Victor Feldman (piano), Chuck Israels (bass), Colin Bailey (drums), and Larry Bunker (percussion). All of the music is composed by Alex North for the film Cleopatra, and the themse are quite beautiful. The music is very moody and atmospheric, for the most part, but there are also uptempo/swinging cuts and interludes (Victor Feldman is smoking on his solos). One of the better jazz groups plays movie themes recordings I've heard. I really enjoyed it. There are no notes; it does say copyright 1963.

I've never heard of any such repair method. I'm afraid that scratched vinyl cannot be repaired. Right now at my local Half Price Books there are three original Hampton Hawes Contemporary LPs that look like someone repeatedly raked a needle over the surface. That person should suffer greatly for that grievous sin. I wish there were a way to repair such transgressions.
