I see that, but I saw a cd entitled "All Blues" at my local store with a different cover and no information, but the year it was released and the label. It was on a UK label.

Anybody know the details of this session? Who's playing on it? I Heard Prestige released this album in 1973, which seems strange considering he was in his CTI phase at that point. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Anybody need either of these? I'd do a trade, or sale.

I would suggest you try to find mini-lp "sleeves". Maybe next time you're ordering from Japan, ask the retailer. I never leave my mini-lps exposed as they might scratch and wear (just like a normal lp.

I actually prefer "Black Caesar" as my album of choice, but that's more JB's that anything.

I am getting into more Psychedelic Rock and Blues rock these days. Early Clapton, Cream, Joplin...evolved from Hendrix. Nice call on "The Band" - those guys rock in the vein of early Allman Brothers. In terms of Jazz, I am still on ever-expanding exploration of soul-jazz and the newest artist is Bobby Timmons. In regards to Joe Farrell, I would recommend either "Quartet" or "Outback". It's very difficult to classify his style, but it's free though I wouldn't call it Avant-Garde by any means.
