I hate dupe. Usually I keep originals in any case and a reissue only if the original is heavy damaged. And I tend to get rid of stuff I don’t listen to anymore, keep some of it only for sentimental reasons. I was an avid listener of everything for ages, so I accumulated thousands of records of every kind from African folk to electronics from avant-garde to country from punks to classical ecc.. Now I’m discharging most of this stuff at my local stores trading for jazz records I don’t know, after selling lots of stuff on discogs.

Sometimes I did the same, anyway I prefer buy in EU where shipping and VAT aren't such a pain.

Just received it from Japan with another two records. I'll give up buying records on discogs outside EU. VAT, and the shipping cost, due to the new discogs policy, rise the prices to the insane category.

Love it, the first big set I bought with Monk's Riverside, I play it often.

Wahoo too was on MM, as 33 rpm and I lost it. Nowadays is a Take No Prisoners record. Happenings is on my radar as King pressing, not yet found a decent deal, but I will prevail one of these days.

Got this one, not on the top of my Jackie Mac sessions, sound is fine, the piano is surprisingly well focused, though I never listened to other pressings. edit: what I really want in this series are Jackie’s Demon Dance, Bobby’s Happenings and Duke’s Wahoo, all of the other stuff is vinylavailable on other form.
