  6. As far as I know, the artwork is in the public domain as well. Why wouldn't it be? Do those PD laws cover everything equally? Or do the recordings themselves and the art itself fall under different laws? I would guess that they're seperate issues. Many of the EU issues don't duplicate the artwork.

  10. Yea they even use the original art work, they really don't give a shit do they but methinks it's only going to get worse. Well, these are in the public domain in the EU so they can do what they want. At lease these releases are legal in the EU, unlike some of their releases. It may be legal to issue the music in the EU, but is it legal to reproduce the art work?
  11. Just about jinxed him, didn't I? But he did manage to nail the final out and NY beat KC 4-3 tonight. Dave James and MartyJazz, here's Mo's save from last night. I saw some incredible stat afterwards--with a runner on 3rd and nobody out, hitters are 0-14 with 0 RBI against Mo lifetime. Or something crazy like that. Mo may not be all that he was at his best, but I'd still take him over anyone else if my team needed a save. Actually, his e.r.a. this year is lower than any other full year of his career, but stats aren't everything - at least for me. Who else has done what he's done for 14 consecutive years? I'm sure I'll never see anyone who will match him in the rest of my lifetime. I would hope that even Yankee haters would tip their hats to what he's accomplished.
