  2. To me, Ron Artest was the MVP of the finals. Kobe and Gasol had a couple of good games each, but Artest was there throughout, playing tough defense. He never really let Pierce get untracked. But the MVP will just about always go to a star. That's probably the way the NBA wants it.

  11. I remember seeing him on TV in the 60's performing his hits. Had no idea that he had a somewhat more diverse show biz career. I'm sure that Jimmy Dean's Pure Pork Sausages helped clog more than a few arteries over the years.
