I just buried the monitor I had since 1998. It was some piece o' shit off brand but it lasted for a long time, although I don't think it was doing my eyes any favors for the last couple of years. I went out and bought a View Sonic VA 720 flat panel monitor and I'm really digging it. I'm not really a computer guy so I don't know if it's good or not, but I can really tell a difference.

The Ellington band in Cleveland not long after Duke passed. I was just a little punk, but I remember my dad making a big deal out of it, so I still remember the show.

During the week I usually try and go to sleep around 11:00, but often it can be much later. I seem to average about 6 hours per night. During the summer it may be as early as 9 or 10 depending on how the day went.

Phoenix in general has shitty tap water. I had an RO system in my old place but have not put one in at the new place so I go strictly bottled. I have a bottled water service in the office and buy those 3 gallon containers for the house.

About a month ago I was searching for a small SUV or wagon to be used by my salesman. I saw the Forester and have to say I was really surprised how much I liked it. However, we ended up buying a Volvo V70 wagon recommended by a cousin of mine who works for Volvo. The incentives he was able to get me made this one hard to pass on. Big Wheel I would say, if the Forester is comfortable to you, get it.
