I'll be damned, I did not expect to be able to get on here today. One thing I found funny about this was the bickering between Con ED and the Candians about who was responsible. Very typical. I do work for three large public utility companies and the amount of shit talking between them is unbelievable. The biggest taboo appears to be admitting fault when something or someone screws up.
