Another vote for Hiroshi at Early Records Good prices, cheap and fast shipping and great communication! I sent him an email asking about a couple of 3 Sounds cds that were not listed on the website and within a few days he replied that he had got them and shipped them to me. Awesome service! He will get a lot more of my business. I just received Duke Pearson - Sweet Honey Bee, sounds fantastic to me but I've never heard any of the other versions. So, what are some recommedations from the above list?

I just placed my first order with Hiroshi, Three Sounds - Bottoms Up and Hey There. Neither are the mini-lp sleeve. The cost for shipping was 630yen ($5.30), which seems pretty reasonable. Anyone know about how long it takes to receive your order in the USA.

Just removed Conn 500 from my favorable traders list I do have another copy of Dodo, sure you don't want to trade again for something equal like Three Sounds - Bottoms Up?

One of my favorite Conns is well, Jacknife! The absolute worst Conn for me is Dodo Greene, I can only listen to it for about a minute or two before I hit the eject button!

Rodney Dangerfield's Back To School was filmed partly at the UW-Madison where I went to school and still live. This movie has a connection for me as I think I took school about as serious as this movie did!

I took the plunge and ordered this box from True Blue's promotion. I'm definately nervous about how much I'm going to like this set! I got "A Jackson In Your House" from emusic and that is quite a different sound than the standard blue note bop that I'm used to! I'll keep an open mind, as something totally different is always a challenge!

Hootin' and Tootin' is indeed a great session. I have the conn version and am wondering if there is any difference sonically between the conn and the jrvg?
