I doubt that your copy has THAT logo in the upper right corner of the cover. :D

Buena Vista Social Club: Lost and Found (World Circuit)

Beautiful Record

I didn't know about this album. Something to definitely investigate now I read what it contains

I was a big BVSC fan at the time of the first album and that first round of solo albums. A couple of very memorable live shows too

I played this once when I bought it and thought it was good. When I played it yesterday, I was blown away.

Spontaneous Music Ensemble---------So what do you think?-------(Tangent)

I was prompted to dig this out by reading Martin Davidson's comment in the new reissue of Karyobin that he'd passed up reissuing SWDYT because  "the percussion to dominate both music and the mix".  I really respect MD but can't find myself agreeing with him on this one. Yes percussion is a little forward but on the whole I find this a lively session. So if you know this session, what do you think....?
