Sorry, I don't know. Discogs mentions "reissue": https://www.discogs.com/Randy-Weston-Blues/release/3304377. But I can't find an original! By the way: A sublime LP, live recordings with applause!

yeah, the Trip issue was the original issue of this music on LP. I would assume it was recorded for someone else and then unissued. Orville O'Brien either recorded the sessions or had the tapes.

Clarke/Boland Big Band - KPM Conventions compilation by Trunk Records. Corker !  Sonics are excellent. I think it is stereo - not that it matters. 

Recommended without hesitation to mjazzg !

I have some of that CBBB KPM material on a Muse LP, which sounds like it was mastered in an underwater cave.

I think I was kinda "off" on Henderson for some time, but have recently begun spinning his records again and I think they've improved with (my) age. Sometimes you need to take a few years separating the aesthetic wheat from the chaff.
