I don’t upgrade issue wise a lot but I’ve never liked the Japanese reissue I had of this album and it’s one of my favorite jazz albums of all time. My parents just gave me the Acoustic Sounds edition and it’s a stunning improvement. Now I enjoy it even more.

One of my earliest mentors was the Austrian pioneer of Avantgarde Jazz Fritz Novotny (Reform Art Unit) and he pulled my coat to that record. 

Now listening: My greatest idol, I love him. I dedicated a special composition to him, album will be out for sale in February 2026...... Pharoah Sanders FOREVER !!!!!!!!!😍
