I thought maybe we could kick it off when more than half of the participants have received the disc; what do you say?

Oh yeah! That's alright with me. I'm just eager to get this one going; this is one of the more enjoyable BFTs, IMHO!

Still no disc yet. I've been out of town for the last week and got a big pile of "mail hold" yesterday - but no BFT in it. I'll wait until today's delivery before I start to panic...
